Your E-Line is a website that functions as a whistleblowing hotline within the framework of the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law. Specifically, Your E-Line will offer the whistleblower hotline service to companies, administrations or entities that have contracted it. Through the whistle-blowing hotline, users will be able to send communications about irregularities of which they are aware in their work or professional environment. Complaints can be made in four ways: by telephone, online form, e-mail and post. Once the allegations have been received, if appropriate, an investigation of the facts will be carried out, adopting the pertinent measures in each case to resolve the complaint. The competent administrative authorities, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the judicial authority may be informed of any facts or conduct of which they are aware and in which there are indications that a crime has been committed.
