What is the Your e-line hotline?

Through the Your e-line hotline, any user, employee or interested person can report possible offenses or irregular conduct observed within the organization with the assurance that their reports will be completely confidential.

Our hotline is adapted to Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on “Protection of persons who report breaches of Union law”, as well as to the regulations on personal data protection.

Our systems are adapted to the requirements of ISO 27001 for Information Security, ISO 2000 for IT Service Management, ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems and ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management System.

Scope of reports

Any possible irregularity or non-compliance may be reported in accordance with the Compliance programs established by each organization.

In accordance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on “Protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law”, the protection framework through the “Your e-line” hotline will cover public and private entities and different areas in accordance with the applicable regulation.

Requirements for submitting a complaint

In order to be taken into consideration and admitted, allegations addressed to the hotline must meet the following requirements:

  • Provide all available documentation on the situation being reported, or objective indications to obtain evidence, without being able to take action based only on opinions.
